Position Description
After Hours Pediatrics looking to hire PAs/NPs for primary care and/or acute care positions. We have multiple openings for primarily days, primarily evenings or a mix of both:
• Work schedule 32 hr/wk average.
• Weekend rotation requirement but no call .
• Base pay $100-103k/yr, based on shifts worked.
• Quarterly bonuses based on RVU generation, first year bonuses guaranteed at $4k/quarter.
• Full benefits including medical/vision/dental, retirement.
• All licensure fees, malpractice, and annual CME stipend.
• 4 weeks paid time off per year.
