We provide comprehensive health care services including managing chronic illnesses, treating acute conditions, educating patients, and providing referrals to specialists when needed. We were nominated for excellence in vaccination. We provide variety of services and resources for our underserved community.

I am currently working at a city/government Level 1 Trauma hospital serving an underserved population. I am apart of an excellent team of 6 surgeons and 3 APPs. We have an amazing working relationship and the division truly values the team approach and utilizing APPs that allows them to practice at the top of their license. As a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery PA, I am both operative and clinical. I have a dedicated OR day and independent clinics were I am seeing a mix of new patient consults, facial trauma new patient consults/ follow up and post operative patients. I regularly perform in clinic procedures such as tissue expansion, I&Ds, seroma / hematoma aspirations, nipple tattooing and more. My patient population is diverse with mostly adults, but additionally see craniomaxillofacial pediatric patients, pediatric facial traumas and pediatric burn patients. We additionally have a very strong partnership with the PRIDE clinic and frequently provide gender affirming care.

Preceptorship will involve a mix of clinic and surgery. Will have opportunity to work with different APPs and surgeons.

Outpatient psychiatry setting; Monday-Thursday (33 hours/week)

Glens Falls Hospital is a community hospital serving patients across five counties in an area that spans 6,000 square miles of New York's Adirondack Mountains region. Glens Falls Hospital has a medical staff of more than 460 providers. The Emergency Department at Glens Falls Hospital is often the first line of care for patients who have had skiing or hiking accidents or other mishaps in the Adirondacks. We provide a healthcare safety net for individuals and families from the immediate Glens Falls area to smaller, geographically remote communities tucked away in the heart of the Adirondack Park.

Adirondack ENT provides comprehensive otolaryngology care, including inhalant allergy immunotherapy. There are three physician assistants and two surgeons in the practice.
